On-Time Delivery
Buy it. Schedule it. Get it on time every time.
It really is that simple.
Depending on weight, we can deliver up to 10 pallets at a time
Delivery Fee
Our delivery fee ranges from $75 to $175 in our service area. It covers our skilled drivers’ wages, fuel, insurance, licensing, tires and maintenance — everything to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, every time.
We don’t offer free delivery, as this will increase the cost of our products. Increased costs would unfairly affect the other 80% of our customers who pick up orders in their own trucks. This is simply not the way we do business.
Service Area
Our delivery service is available to people within approximately a 50-mile radius of our store in central Gwinnett County. This covers almost all of Gwinnett County and parts of Hall, Barrow, DeKalb, Fulton and Walton counties. Depending on your area, we do require certain minimums for delivery.
Scheduling
Scheduling a delivery is easy. You can place an order and pay for it over the over the phone during business hours. Give us all the delivery details with your order and we will bring your receipt to you at the time of delivery.
Off-driveway dumping requests
If you request a delivery off the driveway you must tell our staff at the time you schedule your delivery.
You must also be present at the time the delivery is made.
With our On-Time Delivery Guarantee, you can plan ahead to be present, receive the delivery, and sign a damage waiver.
Restrictions & Truck Limitations
We have a minimum sales order required for a delivery to be scheduled — please check with our sales staff. We can deliver up to 20 cubic yards of mulch, and up to 8 cubic yards of heavy stuff like sand, soil and gravel.
We deliver up to 10 pallets of stone at a time, and can set the pallets in your yard if conditions are suitable for the forklift.
Easy Pick Up
Got a truck or trailer? Pick out your product and we’ll load it for you.
EASY CUSTOMER PICKUP AT OUR FACILITY
If you have a pickup truck or trailer, you can come into the office, order and pay for your bulk product, and then we will load you right up. It only takes a few minutes.
If you’re picking up for a smaller project, like a fire pit, we will help you load your purchases into your car where possible. If you cannot fit everything into your car, we can organize a delivery for you.
IS MY VEHICLE SUITABLE FOR BULK LOADING?
We will load your truck, trailer or other type of vehicle if it’s loadable from the top, and can accommodate our loader (which has a 5′ 8″wide bucket).
We don’t load closed top vans through back doors or pick up trucks with bed covers or camper shells that open less than 90 degrees from the bed.
If your vehicle is not in a condition suitable for carrying the material (rusted out beds, trailers with wire beds where material will fall through it, trucks without tail gates) we may not load you.
Your safety and the safety of others on the roadway are extremely important to us.
We bulk load pick up trucks
We bulk load qualifying trailers
We don’t bulk load SUVs, vans, or sedans.
CAN YOU FIT THAT MULCH INTO A BAG?
Yes. If you prefer, we can load your bulk product into a bulk bag. These are industry standard, incredibly strong and reusable for future projects. Each bag fits one cubic yard of material.

HOW MUCH CAN MY PICKUP CARRY?
You are probably wondering how many cubic yards you can carry in your pickup. To help you understand this we have developed a handy chart.
We realize it does not cover every kind of vehicle, so if you can’t find your type of truck, come on in and we’ll let you know what you can carry.
Remember this is only a guide and if for some reason we do not think you can safely carry it, we reserve the right to not load you.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS BEFORE YOU LOAD IT UP!
Check Tire Pressure
- Check the pressure and load rating of your tires before you load your vehicle.
- If you need air, we will provide it for you at our maintenance garage.
- Please, let us know before you are loaded to avoid damage to your tires!
Check for Any Gaps
- Make sure any gaps are closed so material doesn’t fall out of your truck or trailer and onto the roadway.
- Check for gaps between bed and tailgate or gaps in floor and sides of trailers.
